Barry,
You forgot the second best play …
The coach of the New England Patriots finding a way to get off the field before the game was actually over. Wow, what a gracious winner, huh?
Go New York Giants!!!

What a great game if you were for the underdog.

Yeah!! It was a great game, even if you weren’t for the underdog. But all of us in the Schneider house were rooting for the underdog. My fifteen year old daughter has a crush on Eli Manning and hardly ever watches a whole football game. It was fun watching it together as a family and rooting for the Giants. As for the second best play, I have to admit that I was indeed perplexed as to why the Patriots coach made an early exit before the regulation time had expired. Oh well, some people.

That was one of the best football games I have watched in a long time. I too was rooting for the underdog. I think it has something to do with do with 2 Corinthians 12:10 “…for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong” in my Christian make up.

The fourth quarter was really great. I was so impressed with the way Eli Manning eluded the Patriots defenders especially when he found Tyree who made as you said that great play.
Two things about the Patriots the offensive line was really woeful and that DB getting burned by Plaxico Burress. Both reminded me of the Lions.
Anyway, I was glad that the Giants won. I suppose the NFL commissioner is too since he will not have to deal with the cloud of cheating in 08. Well that isn’t totally true he might still have to deal with the 02 issue.

Nice comment Scott, thanks.
Leo,
Yeah, the cheating issue has kind of faded from the forefront. I think that if the NFL wants to maintain any of it’s credibility, it should do something about it.
